Evia holds many attractions for the birdwatcher, those interested in flora and fauna, photography and painting, as well as those who want to enjoy the quality of life which no longer exists on many of the busier islands.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;"><a style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;" href="http://www.wondergreece.gr/v1/en/Regions/Evia_Prefecture/Nature/Beaches/13518-Koskina" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Koskina</a> </span></span>is a traditional Greek villages which provides a haven of peace and quiet but which with three tavernas providing good Greek food at village prices, civilisation has not quite passed by. . Every day shopping requirements are met by a minimarket, whilst the nearby town of Aliveri has a full range of shopping facilities.</p>
<p>Fresh bread and fresh, locally caught fish are delivered to the village daily and there is also a daily direct bus service to Athens. The ferry terminal at Styra from where there are regular daily ferry services to the mainland, is just over 30 minutes away. From Agia Marina it is  45 minutes to Athens airport.</p>
